1. RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
1.1  You may cancel your subscription or request a refund at any time by calling Customer Care at 1-877-235-6970  or by writing to IRIGroup, Suite 1123, APDO 0832-2745,World Trade Center, and Rep. De Panamá. In the event that a refund is requested, it will be reviewed and become eligible for a prorated refund to include the remaining days left in the current billing cycle. You will be notified via email concerning the results and the amount of the refund.
All Shipping and Handling Fees are non-refundable.
1.2 You explicitly agree to the following statement: "I UNDERSTAND THAT I MAY BE LIABLE FOR PAYMENT OF FUTURE GOODS AND SERVICES UNDER THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT IF I FAIL TO NOTIFY THE SUPPLIER NOT TO SUPPLY THE GOODS OR SERVICES DESCRIBED."

2. TERMINATION
2.1          If You commit an act of bankruptcy or enter into a deed of arrangement with creditors or a court order for winding-up is made against You or You take or suffer any similar action in consequence of debt or We have cause to believe that You are unable to pay Your debts as they fall due; or You fail to pay any amount by the due date or breach any of these Conditions then, without prejudice to any of our other rights, we may:
2.1.1 s   top any Products in transit; and/or
2.1.2      suspend further Product deliveries; and/or
2.1.3      stop or suspend provision of Services; and/or
2.1.4      By written notice, terminate Your order and all or any other contracts between Us and You.
